We maintain a monthly subscription. However, if you’re off-season, you can always pause your subscription. We hope this unique service gives you maximum flexibility. It’s proven especially useful for festivals, events & venues!
What you can do in the pause-state:
- View all your data rows
- View graphs
- Invite members
- Export data
What you can not do:
- Add, edit or delete your data rows
- Manage your projects, categories or emission library
- Use any of the integrations
Once your festival kicks off again, just activate your subscription again & everything is immediately available.

- Can I connect Go ZERO to our ERP, ticketprovider, crew system, etc?
- Yes! Go ZERO is an API-first application. This means we not only have an API, we also use it ourselves primarily - ensuring maximum security and stability. An API allows external parties, such as ticketing providers or CRM or ERP-tools, to connect with our app and add data on the fly. This way, you could choose to use your own preferred development-partner to build on our platform. We’re happy to assist.
- Does Go ZERO provide up-to-date emission factors?
- Go ZERO provides a simple & intuitive interface for managing your own emission factors. We’ve made a basic set of emissions from Dutch standard co2emissiefactoren.nl available through our platform, and encourage you to add your own relevant emission factors. We also work together with experts (see the About page) who can help you along the way.
- How does Go ZERO ensure the security of its platform?
- With over 20 years of experience in web development, Go ZERO is built with a 'Secure by Design' approach, embedding security considerations in every feature from concept to deployment. We adhere to globally recognized standards like ISO 27001, ISO 27701, and SOC 2 to ensure robust security, privacy, and operational integrity.
- Where is my data stored, and is it secure?
- All sensitive data is encrypted in transit using TLS and protected at rest with strict access controls and security monitoring. Our servers are hosted in Germany, ensuring compliance with EU data protection regulations.
- What authentication methods does Go ZERO offer?
- We prioritize secure user access with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO). Google login with MFA is currently supported, and we’re open to explore other types, if needed.
- Is Go ZERO available on smartphone and tablet?
- Yes, our application is fully responsive. You don’t need to download an application, just go to app.go-zero.io in your browser. Everything is available from your fingertips!
- I’m missing a feature. Will you add that?
- Do not hesitate to get in touch! We use our App Store to experiment and we’d love to think along with your challenges. Depending on the level of difficulty, we’ll discuss additional pricing, or we may implement it at no extra cost.
- How often do you update the platform?
- We continuously update the application. Subscribe to our newsletter to stay up to date, or check out X feed for an unfiltered and real-time (!) feed of our deployments.
